On line purchase is only available in some countries such as USA, Japan and UK etc. Besides all should get one from physical store on 22/10/2009.
Upgrade versions are provided for windows 7 home premium, professional and ultimate editions only. You can make a clean install with full version. Another way is directly upgrade it from your windows vista interface.
