Keep getting blue screen randomly

i was on windows 7 home edition 32bit since christmas 09 i had no problems and everything worked fine but about a week ago my computer started getting blue screen everytime i tried to do anything that used over 10% of my ram. So yesterday i reformatted my comp as a clean install to windows 7 64bit as i was going to switch to 64 bit anyway because i was only using half of my ram. but the blue screen still hasn't gone, can anyone help me.

How to ask for assistance with BSOD alleviation

"To post your crash dumps, please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy the files in there to any other folder on the machine. Then zip or rar the files and attach the compressed file to your post using the paperclip above where you type."

We'll see what we can do.
