Joining several themes to make one theme

A buddy of mine is buying his mother a laptop for Christmas and I'm
setting it up for her with 7 Ultimate, what i wanted to know is there
anyway to combine various themes into a single theme, so for example
UK/Canada/USA is there a way so i can give the laptop to her with all
these 3 themes changing at random either by one picture or UK then US or
doing all of US then all of UK etc.

Yes, you may create your own custom theme by dumping all the pictures
into a single folder and using that as the theme. It won't be three
themes anymore but one single theme containing the contents of the
original three themes.
