Internet service provider ????

I installed W 7 on 6/7/2009 and have downloaded updates and looked at web sites but so far have not been able to install my internet service providers information so who am i getting my internet supplied by I've checked my internet provider with another PC and my account is showing no ussage, therefore is my internet being supplied by Microsoft for free ???. If so i'll use it forever!!!!

You have not used the software suit from your ISp, you are still using bandwith form your ISP just nto all the bogging software they provide.
