Hi there to all of you here in this forum. I have a laptop which was ready for windows 7. Gateway sent me the cd with windows 7 which I loaded in my laptop to find out that internet explorer and windows live messenger is not compatible.
I don`t understand much about computers but I uninstalled windows live messenger and after installed again without success making it work.
Internet explorer has this message: The remote device or resource won`t accept the connection.
I can not find a way to connect to the internet! I troubleshoot, I did comparability and that I received the incompability.
Can some one please give some directions on how I can solve these problems?
