Installed Wrong Version of Windows 7

hi i have recently bought a new laptop with 6gb RAM and made the stupid mistake of installing 32-bit instead of 64-bit. how do i swap? need help thank you

You will get a far better response if you start your own thread in the Installation, Software and Updates section.

Hi fredjason! Welcome to the Windows 7 Forums website.

You'll have to do a new or clean install. Your current product key is good for the 64-bit version so you'll have no difficulties there. Download all the current 64-bit drivers for your model laptop and you'll be good to go.
