about installation of ANSYS 32 bit on 64 bit

i have window 7 with 64 bit config. laptop and when i try to install ANSYS 12 Of 32 bit then it didn;t installed. they show a message there is some file missing for post installation.
plz tell me how i can installed it on 64 bit
and can i convert 64 bit into 32 bit for temporaly

I don't know much about the program, but 64bit is supported.

I don't think there is any temporary way to go to 32bit. It requires a clean/full reinstall.
You could try some virtual machine emulation.
