I moved both of your post to this new thread. Your printer had nothing to do with the other two threads. It is always best to start a new thread with a new problem. And its always nice to the other members if you don't highjack their threads as one of them has not been solved yet.

I presume the Canon "i-SENSYS LBP-2900" or "Laser Shot LBP2900" is your printer.

Have you tried the drivers from these pages?
Canon CAPT Printer Driver (x86 - 32-Bit)
Canon CAPT Printer Driver (x64 - 64-Bit)

Do what c_c recommended and you should be okay.

google is your friend, you could find the driver pretty quick using google, that or go to the manufaturer's website.
