Hi Andrew

Was this a one time error or do you get it repeatedly?

If it was only a one time error, it may not happen again.

this has happened on more than one occasion at random intervals.

according to my programs list Visual C++ runtime and all that is up to date. Perhaps the C++ on the webpage(s) just wasn't written with 64bit in mind.

Windows automatic error resolution comes up blank.

There is a 32bit and a 64bit version of IE included in Windows 7 64bit. Try both browsers to see if the error happens in both or just in one

Hi Andrew

This may shed some light on your problem > http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822521

Note This fix does not work in Windows 7. Instead, you can use the Internet Explorer troubleshooters to achieve this automatically.
