Hotmail Email

guess what, I lost all my hotmail.email and don't think I am receiving anything new. Anyone else having this problem?

Are you using the hotmail web client, or are you using something like Windows Live Mail to access your hotmail account? There may be a way to recover your lost e-mails depending on the situation .

I believe its called web based but also Live Hotmail. It seems that alot of people lost their email so I believe its a MS issue

I just hopped into my hotmail acct.which I don't use very often to check. All my mail is there but did get a new pop up message telling me to refresh my browser.
I get into hotmail by going to hotmail.com. Then putting in my login details.

If you do not log into your hotmail at least every 30 days the account is suspended and all mail deleted. Was this your situation? If so I know of no way to recover the emails.

nope , use it everyday. MS said they found my email but I still have not received any of it

Now ms is saying (in less than 1 week) they may have already purged it. Thanks MS
