Is this a 32 bit or 64 bit OS? On the RAM (memory) is this 2 sticks or 4 sticks of RAM? Is the RAM DDR2 or DDR3? Looking at your mobo specs I see it has 4 slots and rated for DDR3. If your using just 2 sticks of RAM those need to be in the A1 B1 slots and using DDR3.

the ram timings are wrong i believe but i cant figure out how to set it it suppose to be at 9-9-9-27 but for some reason it showing me in bios 11-11-11-29-6-40-12-5 for the 1st d rame rate and the 2nd 9-10-6-4-4-160-0 and that is the stick of 3gb ddr3 ram i tohught was causing it but i removed the satick and it didnt not fix the problem but the kingston default timings do not seem to be rite i read in the manual that 1600 would work or only worked overclocked but i dunno im so confuzed at this point

So, let me get this straight you have 2 sticks of RAM...one is a 4gig and the other is a 3gig stick. If thats the case, there's your problem. You should have matched pairs of RAM, meaning you need to have two 4 gig sticks of RAM or 2 sticks of 3 gig of RAM with the same timings. Mix matching can be fatal.

Did you check your QVL (qualified vendors list) to see what make and model of RAM @ 1600 MHz that will run on your mobo and at what voltages. It very limited according to your mobo manual.
