Hi I purchased Windows 7 from Digital River and downloaded Windows 7. I also had the hard version sent to me via snail mail. Now, after I had to reboot, I realize I do not have a product key and I can not get any support from Digital River. Windows 7 keeps saying that I am a victim of software pirating or whatever, but in reality I did pay Digital River. Thanks for any help

If Digital River will not issue a refund or the product key then contact your credit card company.

Did your ever receive a product key at all? Digital River should have sent you one via your email address that you used when you purchased Windows 7.
