Where do I get to lower the following drivers for the windows7?

Is the cd of the plate only for windows xp, where do I get to find all this?

Until the Windows 7 drivers are available you will need to use the Windows Vista drivers

WIndows Vista drivers do work in Win 7 also ? I've tried that for several devices but didn't have much luck.
