Hello new here,

It was my birthday last week and after using laptops for a good 10 years or so now my Mrs decided I was allowed a Desktop computer for my needs (gaming,Photoshop etc...) so she gave me a wedge of money and we went to the local computer parts outlet.

Decided I wanted to build my own to get the best of everything I needed, so my system so far is:
(information obtained via Speccy Free edition)

Operating System
MS Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
4.00 GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z77-D3H (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz)
Graphics
MTC26T42 (1280x720@60Hz)
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
Hard Drives
56GB Seagate ST96812AS ATA Device (SATA)
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH40N ATA Device
Audio
VIA High Definition Audio


I am going to upgrade the graphics card, add some more RAM get a new power supply and get a SSD in the near future.



anyways just got my win7 installed and verified and now time to ask some questions in the other topics.

Welcome Toshax...and not to shabby on the new system either. Sure would like to see some pics of that....you can post them in the thread " show us your rig" if you like.
