I was just wondering is the an order for a PC hardware to power up/on? If so were does one find that at. The last thing to power up is my GPU, is there a way to change it to make it the first thing to power up/on.

Fairly sure it's relatively standard across all boards as to the sequence here is a link that lists them: http://www.webopedia.com/DidYouKnow/Hardware_Software/2004/BootProcess.asp

out of curiosity, why do you want to change the POST sequence?
