Hi gs1522

Your ATI Radeon HD 4890 supports much higher display resolutions, please see here > http://www.amd.com/us/products/deskt...fications.aspx

Are you using the latest CCC and Drivers ?

Windows 7 32-bit > http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_ca...indows-7-32bit

Windows 7 64-bit > http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_ca...indows-7-64bit

Can you try something for me - boot in to safe mode and see what you get on your TV screen.

Your TV is set to primery then, are you using a DVI to HDMI converter on your video card ? and have you tried DVI if your TV supports it ?

I'm afraid it is the Drivers gs1522 and it has been documented quite a lot and we can only hope AMD / ATI get this problem sorted soon.
