as for the members to be recognized as a Gfx Team...we're gonna need a Gfx Team badge, also if members would rather pm a request they would know who to PM to?
any suggestions for a team badge pls post it here.

I wouldn't be able to add a team badge to the sidebar, however you've welcome to add a "Graphics requests" notice to the bottom of your sig like Ciara has done as I'm sure people will notice this.

Could I also ask that sigs images are no bigger than ~522x128px (the current size of Ciara's sig) and that the images are saved as .jpg where possible. The reason being that I don't want the sigs to overwhelm the post content
