Welcome to the Windows 7 Forums - dacku87!

Hope you find this site interesting and useful.

Visual Studio should run just fine on Home Premium.

Weather IIS should too. Never heard of it, but you should have no problems.

dacku87, welcome to the forum! Your programs should run fine with Home Premium, I haven't heard of the weather IIS program, either. So I can't say about that one. In your Start Menu, there's an easy way for you to upgrade to Pro. It's called Windows Anytime Upgrade, in your Start Menu. Click onto it, Pro is $89, and Ultimate is $139. But I doubt you need Ultimate for these needs. Pro suits most needs that Home Premium doesn't cover. You may not need that, I was only letting you know your options, just in case. If you have anymore problems, feel free to post again anytime.
