[SOLVED] Games Explorer not loading and crashing

Hey everyone when I open the games Explorer in W7 the green progress bar at the top loads about and 90% of the way and then it just stops and no longer responds I and forced to ctrl+alt+delete and close the process of windows explorer and restart it?

Any ideas?

3rd party software such as various HDD vaults and AV's can possibly cause such behavior. As well as bad ntfs and corrupted user profile.

-In the command prompt:

chkdsk /f

sfc /scannow

- Defragment the hard drive.

- Try a new admin account.

Ok will try and post back with results It could be the AV because It happened right after I installed Mcaffee
