Game: Crashes Always

It looks to be a great auto race game, but it crashes always. It seems to all load. It shows a great short video, then, crashes. I don't know what to do.

The game is "Need For Speed SHIFT" by Electronic Arts. Electronic Arts has no personal support. None! Please help.
