It says your hard drive has problems. It may be going bad or it could just be a few corrupt files. It tells you to run CHKDSK. Have you done that?
It can be done in safe mode. Open a DOS prompt & run CHKDSK /F. It will tell you it has to run on next boot ... say Yes. Shutdown/restart.
Once it runs, if it shows a significant amount of errors then it's a good chance your harddrive is going bad and needs replaced. If not, then reboot with a Windows 7 Installation disk in the DVD Rom (and the DVD set as the primary boot device) and run the repair option from the DVD.
