What I like about it is, it maintains a history so that it can tell if a file is new on the one drive or if it was simply deleted or renamed on the other and updates the other drive accordingly.

There are tons of free apps out there and I feel it would be best to at least to have been used by the poster so we know whether it's truly good or not.
