I guess, as if they can find the thread then they can probably speak English (or at least a little of it). I've got some link exchanges with a German and Spanish Windows 7 forum on the links page, and I'll ask some other countries if they want to exchange links.

It's funny because I've found solutions on other languages forums that I could not find on english forums and I'm sure it happens the other way around (thank you bablefish)
