Fonts

What is the steps needed to improve the fonts?

I was happy with the fonts on my computer with windows 7 for 18 months.

However recently I have been trying different Linux distros in an estata
drive. The fonts with Linux Mint clearer than with windows 7.

The fonts are poorer with many other Linux distros such as suse.

How can I improve my fonts?

I have tried different settting with clear type.

Simple, get rid of Linux.
