Fix "Do You Own A Mac" loop

hi ive recently installed Mac OS X Leopard on my pc , and everything goes fine until i get to the Do You Own A Mac screen in the setup, and whatever i click it stalls, then goes back to the begiinning, does anyone know how to fix this?
i heard about you have to install Tiger first, can anyone help?

Maybe someone will help. But you may notice this is a Windows 7 dedicated forum.

Moi, is this an Apple computer or a different PC? Apple does not allow users to install any version of OS X onto non-Apple PCs.
