I some how started getting the subject message after installing
some software (NTI Shadow V5.

I click on the message (hoping to delete the files) and found
that the service is asking me to insert a CD-RW disc into a CD reader
device !!!!!

And until I can insert the right disk it won't show me the files to be
copied (so I can delete them). I (naturally) does not show a writable
disk in the drive so I am stuck.

I keep getting the subject message and want to just delete the files.

Is there a way to do this!

Put the disc in, then when Explorer opens for the CD/DVD drive, click on
"delete temporary files" on the toolbar.

Thanks that did. I knew the files were buried in some folder
but could not find them.
