I need to send (or receive) a fax several times a year. Not all
businesses and government agencies have the ability to send and
receive documents via email.

I use greenfax.com for sending faxes (@ $.07/page) and eFax for
receiving them (free).

Sorry, I get your logic now. You want to fax to numbers of people you store
in your address book just for that purpose.
