error while installing fritz

i tried to install fritz 10 but it showing the error "cannot create the following file:c:\user\ranga\documents/chessbase/books\fritz10.ssa"
i attached the message with this
it's worked fine in window xp but not working in window 7
and i cannot run some of the applications and games in window 7.
please help
