Error while installing Access 2007

I have tried everything and still get Error 1935....I have uninstalled .net so many times i think my brain might explode. Any suggestions would be great!

When you install one of the Microsoft Office programs that are listed in the "Applies to" section, the installation is not completed successfully. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following error message: Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {10CD20D2-733E-4174-9D02-2C6C26163DA5}.


Note The error message contains a global unique identifier (GUID) of an assembly that is contained in the 2007 Office program. The GUID in the error message may vary, depending on which assembly encounters the error.
Repair the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 installation

To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, and then click Change/Remove.
  3. Click Repair, and then click Next.

Method 2: Install the .NET Framework version 2.0

Method 3: Reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1

If the .NET Framework version 1.1 is installed, remove it, and then reinstall it.

To remove the .NET Framework version 1.1, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and then click Change/Remove.
  3. Click Yes to uninstall the .NET Framework version 1.1.
