A while back I had Vista and the 7 beta running happily side by side with dual boot working beautifully. I had since removed the Win 7 beta. With the some about of the Win 7 RC I decided to re-install, using the same steps that I used to install the beta. Win 7 runs fine however I do not get the boot loader, it just boots straight into Win 7.

Anyone know how to install the boot manager after both OS's (Vista and Win 7) have been installed?

(I have searched for previous posts and couldn't find anything)

Cheers

You could try using BCDEDIT and manually add the OS entries again:

Hope that helps

That worked beautifully! Thanks so much! :-) I will have to keep that app handy, I could have used that for so many other problems I've had with Vista in the past.

Again, thanks so much!
