Driver Needed/Hard Drive 0, 1/Custom Install

I am running XP pro as the operating system. When I attempt to install as a custom install I am getting a message that it needs a driver when I try to install on HD 0.

This install is on a virtual HD but I would think this would not make a difference. I am just not sure what driver it is referring to....

Any help would be appreciated!
