They used to offer XP 120 day trial downloads, but these finished a long time ago now - so I don't think you'll be able to download it online.

If you have access to an XP SP3 install disc then you may use that as a 30 day free trial of Windows XP. Unfortunately this free trial period was not incorporated into SP2, and XP is not freely available for download as a trial. You'd need an XP SP3 install disc to use the software in a 30 day trial mode.
