Documents and Settings folder is not accesible

Suddenly I am told my Documents and Settings folder is not accesible. what did I do wrong and how can I correct it?

Did you try opening it just in case?

Documents and Setting is not a real folder in Windows 7 (or Vista). It is a Junction that is there to allow legacy programs to interface with Windows 7's folder structure. The data that was in that folder in XP is now contained in
C:\Users\<your user name>\
