How to do a Fresh Install of x64 Win 7 without the disk

I generally dislike people who do this, creating an account to ask a question... but perhaps you'll be able to look past it. I have a puzzle I need to piece together and need some help.

My problem: I can't use my 16GB of RAM on 32bit so I would like to install 64bit.

I do not own or have access to a CD/DVD drive or a windows install disc. I have an ISO.
I need to do a fresh install, because I can't run the setup on 32bit.

What can I do to install 64bit? I have two 1TB sata hard drives, if absolutely necessary I could clean one out. But I have no idea how to format it. The option is greyed out in Disc Managment, and like I said I can't use the default method of using an install disc. Even if it were formatted I would still need to run the setup from within the 32bit OS on my 2nd drive.

I have a 16GB flash drive, but I have no idea how to set it up so that I could boot the windows install from it.

Thoughts ideas questions?

I personally have NOT done the below method, but below is how I would approach it.

Download & install Daemon tools lite http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/products/dtproAdv) Select download, you'll see "free" on the download button. That's the ine you want.

Mount your ISO.

When the below article say's "insert your DVD" just point it to the drive with the mounted ISO.

However I came across an issue where the program was unable to run bootsect to make the drive bootable. So now I'm trying this fix http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?...Language=en-us

If it work's I'll make sure let you all know, if not then your suggestion is next on my list.

Doing the Daemon Tools is a little complicated for most folks. Download the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.

Follow the instruction on that page and make sure you have a 4GB Flash Thumb drive handy. I see you have a 16 GB Flash drive so you're good to go on that part.

Your install should work and it will be a fast install too! The ISO image file you have will be used to create a bootable USB Flash drive install method.

Trust me, I have done it and it works very well. The only thing to remember is after the first reboot during install is to go into the BIOS and de-select the USB Drive as the First Boot Device or it will go into a constant reinstall loop.
