Where do the desktop icon go ?

Where do the desktop icon go ?

Turned the Win 7 machine and the Icons for Forte Agent and Eudora are gone and replaced with a
Microsoft icons.

R-click, Properties, Shortcut, Change Icon....

Thanks, now what made them disappear.
