display Resulotion problem for Dell

Dear All,
i need to help me,,
i installed Windows 7 Ultimat on Dell Optiplex GX270 P4, all driver installed, but i'm facing the problem when i need to change the resulotion, i cannot change it the screen showing big Window and icons.
