I`m running Win 7 64bit and find that sometimes,whilst surfing the web I occasionally come upon a site which includes a video which has a task bar underneath so you can stop/start/pause etc the video.
However when I move the mouse poiner to start the video the video screen immediately moves downwards so I am unable to gain access to the task bar. I can move the screen up again using the vertical side scroll bar but again the minute I try to use the video task bar it shoots down out of sight again.
I have another P.C.running Win XP and the problem does not happen.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
