DirectX problem?

I installed Red Alert 3, so i also need to install Directx.
But when i do that, this is what i get:

When the DirectX installer fails, does the rest of the Red Alert 3 install continue? I would have thought that you'd already have all the DX components that you'd need. If not, you can try downloading the updates manually from the net.

No, after Ra3 is finished, he starts with installing DirectX, but then he failed.

But it is solved already, i deleted all the DirectX stuff and downloaded it again from the Microsoft site.
