directx error msg

only when playing solitare on a new dell laptop, if I let the game sit for a couple min without playing an error pops up saying "failed to create directx" can anyone help me out here?

I did a quick search on the issue and didn't find a good solution.

However I read a few post that were pointing to possible solutions.

1. Reboot your computer to remove any possible glitches that might can be solved by refeshing the system.
2. Reinstall DirextX for Windows 7. - I'm not sure if there is a DirectX 10 download link for Windows 7.
3. Reinstall the drivers for your graphics card. Please make sure they are upto date.

I did find a link for Windows 7 DirectX 11 drivers. - Download DirectX 11 For Windows 7 ( DirectX3D 11)
