I just upgraded Office 2007 Home & student to Office 2010 Home & Student yesterday. I uninstalled Office 2007 first, before doing the Office 2010 installation. Wher did the right-click Paste command go to in Word 2010 ? I used to be able to right-click in A DOCUMENT AND SELECT Paste in Word 2007. This has obviously disappeared in Word 2010.
Office 2010 came with SP1 on the cd and I fully updated it, until Microsoft Update didn't find any updates.

Do you not see paste options within the right click context menu?

I see the Paste Options, but if I click on it or the selections below it, nothing happens. Alot of times if I happen to come across a article on the internet, I use to be a able to copy and paste it into Word. I usually do that with any pc articles that interest me.

Sounds to me like your issue is probably with your browser and "cut" rather than with Word and "paste".

I don't think it's IE9. I've copied & pasted into Word 2007 numerous time's with it and the various versions of Firefox. No issues with them with Word 2007.. Opera only pasted text in Word 2007.
