Delete grid

When I go to Microsoft Word -there is a grid -like graph paper- how can I delete it? It has infected all the data typed on microsoft word Please help?

Try this:
Click "View" and look over to the left where there is a small window - Ruler/Gridlines/Navigational Pane. It should not be, by default, but it looks like you could have the gridlines selected.
