Daemon Tools Lite
Optical media emulation/CD-DVD Virtualization. Back up your physical CD/DVD/HD DVD/Blu-ray discs into “virtual discs” or “disc image” files, which run directly from your hard drive.
DISCLAIMER: Daemon Tools uses sptd.sys driver and has been known to cause BSOD issues in SOME machines. It works fine for me and for many users, but if you have BSOD issues after installing this product then you may want to consider PowerISO as an alternative. But note that PowerISO does not offer some of the extra features Daemon Tools does.
