Crackling noises while listening to music

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with this. I am running 7 Ultimate on a Toshiba laptop. While running the newest version of Mediamonkey and multitasking, I'm getting crackling noises in my headphones while listening to music. Any help would greatly be honored

I think you need new headphones. (But I'm not sure.) Have you tried to use the Headphones on another computer?
