Costumization using Stardock Fences

hello everybody

I was wondering if maybe you can help me i saw this video http://www.youtube.com/user/cloutier.../0/m33HwT8_xyc ( hope it's ok to post links ). What I want is to make my desktop look like his i mean the bars and stuff the way he organized his applications games etc. Maybe some of you are using that and are willing to share.
