how do I successfully convert windows 7 64 bit to 32 bit

Re-install Windows
That is the only way to change from one bit version to the other.

c_c is correct... re-install as a clean install is the only way.

Just wondering why you would want to go 32-bit ?, if your having any problems with 64-bit maybe Members here can help.
