w7 64 bit home basic

Hi All,

I just got a call from a customer who complained of constant safe mode
every time he boots up his computer.

I Googled it and everything I found said there was a prior crash.
Mind you, this may also be the case. You never know until you
actually see the problem yourself.

If what the customer says is really the case, does anyone know of
a solution to a constant safe mode start up?

Many thanks,
-T

Maybe the safe mode start up has been set.
Start >All Programs >Administrative tools > System Configuration.
Boot tab > Boot Options.
Check that the Safe Mode box is clear.
