I thought I would try to get an old Pocket PC working again, so I tried to plug it in using the USB cable. Normally, Windows XP would ask if I wanted to install drivers for my Casio E-125. It does detect a USB sync but nothing shows up in Explorer.

Mobile Device centre is installed, but I can't get it to find the pocket PC. It sometimes just crashes before I can even use the software.

Try removing the automatically detected drivers from Device manager, uninstall your version of Mobile Device center and then install this:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...-download.mspx

Let Windows redected the PPC with the latest drivers and it should work ok
