cant open .jpg

i have a web site and every person who has windows 7 cant download and open the pics says format not supported what gives?

I see the pictures. I'm guessing you mean the paid ones they are provided?

EDIT: I tried IE & Firefox and I see them both places.

when they pay to get a pic when they down load it to thier computer and try to
look at it it says cant open file file not supported

I'm not seeing a problem with the images on the site below.

Are the problems showing up after purchasing the photos?
