Welcome to the Windows 7 Forums website - 123wtf!

Do the following:
1. Click Start, and in the Search box type: slui.exe 4
2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard
3. Select your Country.
4. Take the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

You will see a window similar to the following, then call the 1-888 phone number.

123wtf, welcome to the forum! The above process that Nibiru posted is your best bet. I had to do the very same thing myself (wait for a real human being), when I ran out of activations with 7 Pro (32 bit). The whole process took close to 30 minutes, but it worked out fine.

Best of Luck,
Cat
