cannot update kaspersky in windows 7

hello i am router.
i have a problem during the update for kaspersky internet security 2009 in windows 7.
the report say like this: (some component cannot be enable)
now what can i do for solves this problem and now i using my laptop acer aspire 4730z. the system is windows 7.

The first thing I would do is download Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, as this should work with your old 2009 license. The compatibility is much improved and should solve the problem:

I have not used Kaspersky. I would imagine as long as your 2009 license is still valid you can upgrade to 2010 otherwise you will need a new license.

You could email them your situation and they might send you a license for the 2010 version. In my experience with software in 7, a little limited with 7, that some licensed software would work with the upgrade to windows 7. However, I have found that there are a few out there that are not and the companies make you buy there 2010 version. I learned the hard way with TuneUp Utilities 2009.
